FTP Support

File Transfer Protocal (FTP) is used to upload your web files and images to our web hosting server. A popular free program is WS-FTP LE, visit download.CNET.com to learn more, or click here to download WS-FTP LE. Save the file in a temporary folder, then double-click "ws_ftple.exe" to install the software.

Please be sure to have the following information available:
Host Name/Address: (i.e., www.yourcompany.com)
User ID: UserName (assigned when you signed-up for hosting)
Password: Password (assigned when you signed-up for hosting)
